Shipping & Returns

We want you to love your Pictures From The Edge product. Unfortunately, we can’t control poor image quality resulting from inadequate resolution, improper exposure, cropping choices or typing errors. If something within our control isn’t right, we’d be grateful for the opportunity to fix it. Email shop@picturesfromtheedge.com about your issue and we’ll do our best to make things right.

Processing time
The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies.

All products are printed on demand (not just sitting on a shelf) and are posted in tubes for added protection and sent via USPS Priority within approximately 2 days of printing.

We aim to print as fast as possible but delays due to demand or technical issues can occur. Buyers will be informed if we are experiencing delays. International delivery times can vary depending on the country but are usually surprisingly fast.

All prints are dispatched via our printing partner in Las Vegas, Nevada USA 

Estimated shipping times
USA: 7-10 business days

Europe: 7-14 business days (when this service becomes available)

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-3 weeks (when this service becomes available)

Rest of world: 2-3 weeks (when this service becomes available)

We do our best to meet these shipping estimates but can't guarantee them.

Times can vary especially during busy periods such as Christmas, so please allow adequate time to avoid disappointment during these times.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Tracking
All prints are dispatched via USPS Priority or selected courier services, both include tracking. A proof of postage is recorded for insurance purposes.

 

Undelivered items
We aim to successfully deliver every order but sometimes mistakes happen.

If you didn't receive your order within the estimated shipping times contact us at Shop@picturesfromtheedge.com or by mail at Pictures from the edge, 319 Golf Links Road, Ennis, Co. Clare V95 WY4X, Ireland and we can investigate.

Buyers are responsible for any costs if an item failed to be delivered or collected to the address provided. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For more details (see Returns and Shipping sections).

 

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

We do not offer exchanges unless damaged (see Exchanges section).

To be eligible for a return of payment, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Postage costs are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Shop@picturesfromtheedge.com and send your item to: Pictures From The Edge, 319 Golf Links Road, Ennis, Co. Clare V95 WY4X, Ireland.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Pictures From The Edge, 319 Golf Links Road, Ennis, Co. Clare V95 WY4X, Ireland.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $40, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Recycle (please)
As a consumer please ensure that all received packaging is disposed of in the right recycling containers.  Shipping tubes, product liner (backing) and the actual print are recyclable. 

 

Warranty
Our products are covered by a maximum standard 90 day warranty.
